Zach joined Crystal Palace from Watford in February 2022 at the age of 16, signing his first professional contract with the Eagles later that year.
The forward made 24 appearances for the Under-18s in the 2022-23 season, scoring 12 goals and notching 12 assists. His form was rewarded with the Under-18s Player of the Season award and a call-up to the England Under-18 squad in May 2023.
Zach has continued to shine in the 2023-2024 season with six hat-tricks to his name and has made the step up to Under-21 level.
