Geno Smith is a quarterback for the New York Giants..

Born in Miami, FL, Smith attended Miramar High School and committed to West Virginia in November of 2010.

A three-year starter, Smith’s collegiate honors include Orange Bowl MVP and All-Big East Conference First Team. Following his senior season, Smith declared for the 2013 NFL Draft. In May of 2013, Smith signed with Roc Nation Sports ahead of the NFL Draft.

The 39th overall selection by the New York Jets in the 2013 NFL Draft, Smith earned a starting role by Week 1 of his rookie season. Following four seasons with the Jets, Smith became a free agent in 2017. In March 2017, he signed with the New York Giants.

Smith spearheads a philanthropic endeavor called “7 Sunday Heroes”, a program that invites special guests to home games, crafting a special experience for the recipients. Past honorees include children from Boys and Girls Club, as well as a 9/11 first responder.

Eugene Cyril "Geno" Smith III, is currently an American football quarterback for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). Born in Miami, Florida, Smith played football for West Virginia University from 2009 to 2012 and was selected by the New York Jets in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. At West Virginia University, Geno was a three-year starting quarterback, starting 26 straight games. He finished his career at WVU as the school's all-time leader for career completeions, touchdown passes and passing yards. Additional highlights include Orange Bowl MVP in 2012 and First team All-Big East Conference in 2011.
